Day ONE 1/1/2019
2019. Here we are!
i wonder what adventures are in store for us this year!!
well, as promised (to myself) I have started off my first day of the new year eating a nice healthy breakfast!! A fruit salad consisting of apple, grapes, banana and strawberries!! It was very yummy!!
now to make sure I drink plenty of water, continue to eat healthy, and get a little bit active today, and then continue this on through the month!!
The plan is that by the end of January, junk food won’t even come close to being appealing to me!!
Hapoy new new year everyone! I hope 2019 brings all you hope and dream for!! ❤️❤️😘😘
This isn’t going to be easy!
Well, I’ve somehow come across this challenge whilst scrolling through Facebook.
I’m a big believer in getting messages from the universe, and I believe this may be one of those!!
I’ve needed to do something about my weight and my health for quite some time but haven’t had enough will power and have allowed any and every excuse to come along and stop me!!
But not next year!
This is not a New Years resolution, because New Years resolutions don’t last.
This is a promise to myself, and a way to keep myself accountable by sharing this publicly with you all, in the hopes that you’ll help keep me accountable!!
If anyone sees me consuming bad sugars in any way shape or form from the 1st January, 2019, please feel free to take whatever steps necessary to stop me!
Thank you in advance for your support, feel free to join me in this little challenge.....here’s to a healthier me in 2019!!
I've accepted the BANuary challenge!
I'm starting the new year with a new me and BANNING my bad habit of eating junk this January to support Cancer Council in their mission for a cancer free future.
Because 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, I'm getting healthier and raising funds and show our support.
Please sponsor me to support cancer research and provide vital services for Australians living with cancer.
Thank you for your generous donation. Together, we can change our lives and the lives of others!
